A circular value chain, from the neighborhood to industry
The Foundation carries the first link in Groupe I.P.C's circular economy: community collection. What we recover then feeds IPC Green Blocks' industrial model.
Four steps, one principle: nothing is wasted
Collect
Collection points are deployed in neighborhoods, schools, businesses and partner municipalities. Each point is equipped with sorting bins matched to recovery streams.
Sort
Collected materials are separated by stream (plastic, other recoverable waste) under a standardized protocol — the condition for quality recovery downstream.
Recover
Sorted plastic is handed over to IPC Green Blocks, which transforms it into certified construction materials (melting, molding, certification).
Reinvest
Revenue generated by the recovery chain funds new education, collection and green-jobs programs on the ground.
A simple principle: what's publishable, what isn't
Publishable
Aggregated donation amounts, verified impact indicators, descriptions of ongoing programs.
Not publishable
Donor personal data, individual donation amounts, internal governance details.
Method
Same traceability logic already applied by IPC Green Blocks — consistency across the Group.
From community collection to certified construction
IPC Green Blocks transforms the plastic collected by the Foundation into construction materials, through a controlled industrial cycle: Collect → Sort → Melt → Mold → Certify → Deliver.
